ISSUE #1: I cannot login.

Possible Reasons:

Using the wrong login information
Your browser setting may be blocking “cookies”.
There is just a blank screen and no where to login.(Click for solution)

ISSUE #2: I can login, but nothing is loading. I just see a blank screen.

Possible Reason: The desktop version of the reader runs on Adobe Flash Player. Please make sure your computer has the latest version installed. It is a free download at get.adobe.com/flashplayer After installing Flash, you may need to close your Internet program and then reopen to clear the cache (memory).

(NON-John Purdue Club Members) You’ll need to know your account number and your expiration code. Your username is a combination of these two numbers, and your password is your last name in all lowercase letters. Example: John Smith’s account number is 99 and his subscription expires with Volume 23, Issue 06 (23-06). His login information is: Username: 9923-06 Password: smith

To login, you need to know your John Purdue Club number. You’ll use your John Purdue Club number as the username and your last name in all lowercase letters as the password. Example: John Smith’s John Purdue Club number is 99. To log in, he would enter: Username: 99 Password: smith

You have the option to download each issue as a PDF. This feature allows you to print out the pages or to save the document to your computer and read later, even when an Internet connection is not available. (more…)
